Moving forward, FlavorActiV continues to build on its goal of embedding an industry-wide global Potato flavour language, supported initially by FlavorActiV’s GMP Flavour Standards to train tasters to recognise and identify defects, attributes and taints. Progressing through to the measurement and maintenance of taster skills and education level through advanced proprietary calibration tools and software.
