I started at FlavorActiV in 2015, having come from a background in customer service and logistics. I started as the proficiency administrator before moving on to manage the department; I now run both the Proficiency and Business Support teams. When I’m not in the office, I can usually be found behind a guitar or drum kit, or trying my hardest (and failing) to stay away from the bakeries in my local area.

What's the most interesting or rewarding challenge you've worked on?

Implementing TVS2 across our customer base was a huge task, but it was a massive improvement in user experience and gave clients much more flexibility in how they conduct and report on the proficiency experience.

What excites you the most about your role at FlavorActiV?

The team I work with are, by far, the best part of the job. We have a diverse mix of people with different specialties, hobbies and interests; watching them grow and develop both at work and personally is a joy.

If you could have any superpower, what would it be?

Superspeed - it would make the job so much easier and make both business and leisure travel less hassle.

What's somethng people might be surprised to learn about you?

I like tinkering with musical instruments - I'm mostly a drummer and guitarist but I'll happily pick up anything that lets me play music.
