I prefer creating custom solutions over just using standard options. Sitting down to build exactly what is needed is highly rewarding. Recently for a company, that meant designing a complex sensory audit for multi matrix panelists. I also bring that problem solving into my own personal projects, like creating custom water profiles for extracting and tasting the flavours I really like to taste.
Metallic. It really makes me nauseous.
That's very difficult to answer. But I like floral, fruity and earthy/herbal notes. Floral I like violets and magnolias. Fruity I like mango, passion fruit and raspberries. Earthy and herbal notes I'm all for rosemary, sandalwood and moss. Those are in top of my head.
Meeting new people and helping them reach their sensory goals. It might sound a bit cheesy, but getting to work directly with customers and tailoring our support to exactly what they need is easily the best part of my role.

Another difficult question; but Czech Pale Lagers (Světly Ležák) are one of my favourite beer styles. Scotch whisky, Panamanian coffee are also very close.
