My motto is to be in harmony with what you are and what you do.Have got a great experiece in teaching and training people. In 2018 I joined the FlavorActiV Team as a global sensory manager. Here I found a unique philosophy of life and business which gives me a lot of motivation. Each day brings an opportunity to assist our customers in improving the quality of their products.This makes me happy! My educational background is Moscow State Pedagogical University and the University of Surrey. Hobbies are: travelling and communicating with people, Arts and Music.

Which Sector do you most enjoy working in and why?

I don't have strong preferences for working with any particular beverage or food product — I find that all of them share a common sensory basics, while each has its own unique characteristics. What I really enjoy is the opportunity to analyze and compare them.

What's the most interesting or rewarding challenge you've worked on?

One of the most rewarding challenges for me is watching how tasters grow during sensory training — seeing someone who initially struggled to detect aromas and flavors transform into a true tasting expert.

If you could have any superpower, what would it be?

If I had a superpower, I'd travel through time. If you could travel through time, you wouldn't just see history—you'd taste it, smell it, hear it, and feel it.

Whats one off flavour that always sparks debate in sensory trainings?

Catty off-flavour sparks debates because it can be described as smelling like cat urine or blackcurrant leaves .
