I joined the FlavorActiV in 2024 as Business Support Officer. My professional background is in Human Resources, Retail Banking and Catering. Outside of work I am a keen cook and baker, which lead me to study at Le Cordon Bleu to complete the Grand Diplome in cuisine and patisserie. I also enjoy spending time with my family, going on walks with my dog, watching movies and reading.

What's a common myth or misconception about sensory science you'd love to bust?

In my experience, most people are not aware of sensory science and how important it is for quality assurance
