We’re excited to share that Michael Conlin, Global Sensory Manager at FlavorActiv, and ISBT member, will be presenting at BevTech 2025, hosted by the International Society of Beverage Technologists (ISBT). The event will take place in Nevada, bringing together leaders and innovators from across the global beverage industry.

With tracks spanning quality, sustainability, packaging, and flavor science, BevTech 2025 promises to be a hub of inspiration and forward-thinking.

FlavorActiV at BevTech: The Integration of Human Panels and Instrumentation in Sensory Science
In his talk, Michael will explore how cutting-edge analytical tools can be harmonized with the irreplaceable insights of trained human sensory panels. This integrated approach enhances quality control, supports consistent product development, and bridges the gap between scientific measurement and real-world perception.

Michael will be speaking on Monday, May 6, you will find him from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM, as part of the Quality Technical Committee sessions.
