FlavorActiV at Wine Tech

Vincentia Smaratika is the Global Sensory Manager for Southeast Asia, South Korea, Australia, and New Zealand, giving support to the customers and deliver sensory training in English or Bahasa Indonesia. Tika will be attending for the duration of the event representing FlavorActiV.

We are proud to be presenting a poster on “The Application of the E-nose for Wine Quality Assessment and Fault Detection.” This work highlights how electronic nose technology can be applied to support winemakers in identifying faults and maintaining quality throughout the production process – a promising tool for enhancing consistency and sensory profiling in modern winemaking.
