Hannah Milnes

I joined FlavorActiV having moved from Leicester where I completed my Forensic Science degree and where I am currently working towards my PhD in the treatment of olive oil mill wastewater from Jordan. Having worked with oils during this project, my interest in food and drinks analysis and research grew which lead me to my role here at FlavorActiV. Away from the lab, you’ll find me in a rowing boat on the river somewhere training for races to compete up and down the country with a snack… its usually chocolate that’s never too far away!
