Evelyne Canterranne

I have 25 years experience as a sensory trainer in the food and beverage sector, with a specialist focus on alcoholic drinks and non-alcoholic drinks. Travelling, meeting new people and developing sensory abilities are my passion. Surprisingly I didn’t like beer when I started my first job in the UK doing Brewing and Malty research, but learned to appreciate the diversity of styles and their flavours.
