I have worked for FlavorActiV since 2011 in Customer Support part of Commercial Team and I am also a First Aider for the Sensory Centre. My previous roles have been in administration, and I have knowledge of import and export shipping. Outside of FlavorActiV, I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking / baking, walking, reading, and exploring my family’s history within the brewing industry (beer is in my blood).

What's your favourite smell?

The fresh smell of newly fallen rain when we have not had rain for a long time

What's the most interesting or rewarding challenge you've worked on?

Most challenging is instrument shipping and ensuring that they arrive on time and in 100% good condition.

What excited you most about your role at FlavorActiV?

Interacting with our team and customers from around the world and that every day is different and has it's own challenges

What's something people might be surprised to learn about you?

That I am a qualified beauty therapist and hairdresser, listen to metal / punk music
