EBC SYMPOSIUM

The European Brewery Convention (EBC), is an organization focusing on the scientific and technical aspects of the brewing industry in Europe, where brewers, scientists, and technologists gather to share knowledge and discuss advancements in brewing practices. The Symposium focus’ on one specialized theme, this year the event is centred around Sustainable Packaging for Beer. We are excited to be attending and have the oppourtunity to discuss the sensory aspects of packaging with others in the Beverage industry.
