I have worked as a Sensory Specialist for beverages and food since 2017, but I started with food a long time ago, in 2003. I’m studying coffee as my passion, doing SCA courses (next step will be Authorized SCA Trainer) and also doing a coffee plantation technlogist degree. I love travel (work and vacation) and meet different cultures, making friends and drink a good coffee or a good beer. I love work as a volunteer with homeless people since 2018 in São Paulo, Brazil. My favorite hobies are drink and prepare coffee from the entire world, cooking, craft beer, sports like surf and SUP, and love to play with my dogs.
