ASBC Meeting 2013

FlavorActiV at the ASBC Annual Meeting

Director of Global Sensory Management, Dr Boris Gadzov, will be attending the American Society of Brewing Chemists (ASBC) Annual Meeting from 19th to 22nd May. This year’s meeting will take place in Tucson, Arizona, USA.

Dr Gadzov will be presenting a session titled “Combining and Aligning Analytical Evaluation Improvements with Sensory in Global Beverages” on 19th May. The presentation explores how sensory and analytical evaluation methods can be brought together to improve pharmaceutical-quality flavour standards for the beverage industry.
