Stock Administrator

We are looking for a stock administrator to undertake a variety of day-to-day stock management, order processing and dispatch tasks at our offices near Thame.

Salary- £26k per annum + profit share scheme.

Job Type- Full-time, Permanent.
40 hours a week.
Monday – Friday.

Desirable Experience:
Computer literacy, including an understanding of Microsoft Outlook and Excel. Any prior administrative, or shipping/dispatch experience would be an advantage. Experience of Sage software would be an advantage.
Would suit an individual with prior administrative or order picking experience, who enjoys working as part of a team.

Full training will be provided on essential systems.

The Role:
In this role, you will report to the Global Supply & Proficiency manager, and will be expected to complete the following tasks as part of the role:

Daily:
· Picking and packing customer orders for dispatch using our barcoding system.
· Assisting with order dispatches and shipping requirements – E.g. distributor shipments, courier routing options, arranging proforma invoices or certification.
Weekly:
· Check and book in stock deliveries – including the labelling of stock items.
· Processing stock requisitions.
· Stock rotation.
Monthly:
· Running stock checks and placing stock orders with our suppliers.
· Chasing outstanding orders with our suppliers.
· Generating and sharing monthly reports on stock management, e.g. stock requisition reports, stock shortage reports.
· Participation in in-house training and beverage sensory panels
· Warehouse & packaging stock management
· Holiday cover for other team members.
