Trends in Brewing refers to the international symposium, held in Belgium, Leuven. This 16th edition event provides a platform for professionals and enthusiasts to share knowledge and discover new trends. Commencing from 6th to 9th April with the theme focusing on ‘Innovations in Products and Processes’, uniting individuals in the malting and brewing industry from around the world to discuss emerging trends in beer production.

A special highlight for us is the participation of our Director of Global Sensory, Dr. Boris Gadzov, will be presenting on Beer Complexity vs. Freshness, discussing an Industry Standard to Measure freshness shelf-life using microESR technology. His presentation is scheduled for Monday, April 7th, at 5:45 PM in the Promotion Hall.
