We offer a wide range of sensory instruments, GMP flavour standards, and training programs, supporting multinational partners around the world.

The Role

As a Global Sensory Specialist, you will join an international team responsible for expanding FlavorActiV’s business within the Food & Beverage sector. Your work will involve strengthening relationships with existing clients, developing new business opportunities, and delivering sensory training sessions — both in person and remotely. The position involves travel within Africa and the Middle East for up to two weeks at a time.

Essential Requirements

• Fluency in French and Arabic (Modern Standard Arabic), with strong English communication skills.
• Ideally based in Morocco to support local clients effectively.
• Experience in strategic account management and client relationship building.
• Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills.
• Analytical thinker with solid problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to excellent customer service and teamwork.
• Proven experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
• Willingness to travel within the region.

Desired but Not Essential

• Results-oriented, self-motivated approach with a commercial mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Experience delivering workshops or professional training.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of sales experience.
• Practical knowledge of sensory evaluation.

Remuneration

Competitive salary in the range of €28,000 – €30,000 per annum.
