Beer Sensory

Cause of Flavour

One of the basic tastes - bitterness is important for all beverages. Being able to understand it for products that are typically bitter and being able to detect it in products that should not have bitterness.

Bitterness is important in many beers - as it is imparted by hops during the brewing process. Craft beer and other beer styles are focused on high bitterness levels and unique bitterness profiles.
