Lightstruck Beer Flavour Standard
Importance of Lightstruck Beer Flavour Standard
Lightstruck is an off flavour or taste in beer.
Origins of flavour
Formed in beer on exposure to either daylight or artificial light. Beers that have been bittered exclusively with chemically modified hop bitter acids do not develop this lightstruck flavour.
