Once your tasters are trained how do you keep them at the peak of their performance in a quick and convenient way? By using our FlavorActiV Taster Validation Scheme TM – an advanced proficiency test that is designed specifically for sensory panels.
FlavorActiV Taster Validation Scheme is a managed scheme that assesses your tasters on a regular basis during and after training allowing effective management of sensory panel performance. TVS doesn’t just test your taster’s ability to identify flavours but with FlavorActiV’s Rank Rating you can see how your tasters scale the intensity of flavours present as well.
You’ll be able to determine the performance of your tasters, how effective each and everyone of them is and what their strengths and weaknesses are. This allows you to focus your training more effectively allowing a reduction in costs by tailoring specialised training programs to each and every panel.
As part of your customised Taster Validation Scheme once every two months we’ll send each of your breweries a proficiency testing Taster Validation pack – this contains all of the tools you’ll need to test and validate your sensory panel. From the Pharmaceutical grade quality flavour standards provided in an easy to use blister pack in a capsule format – unique to FlavorActiV. To all of the documentation you need and access to our internet based online Taster Validation System which is able to process your results simply and easily for you.

Our Taster Validation Scheme uses the latest software built to software industry standards and securely encrypted at site and during transmission to keep your data safe on-line and offline. The software is developed with assessors and taste panel leaders in mind. Easy, intuitive and quick to use your tasters will spend more time tasting products rather than analysing data. Our software is entirely web based so there’s no need to install or worry about systems integration and the software is fully compatible with legacy browsers as well as modern systems.
