Global Sensory Manager – Ronald Nixdorf
Ronald Nixdorf is a beer lover who has worked with hundreds of breweries across the globe. His educational background is Psychology (Psychophysics with specialization in chemical senses) and Statistics. After six years of fundamental and applied research at the State University of Utrecht he worked for Heineken for 11 years in their Technical Services section as a Supervisor – Corporate Sensory Evaluation and Senior Sensory Specialist.
For the last nine years he has worked for FlavorActiV Ltd as a Global Sensory Manager supporting major global brewery groups in the realization of their sensory programs. Ronald also leads FlavorActiV’s spirit sensory division, supported by our Spirit Beverages Consultant, Dr Binod K Maitin.
Ronald has delivered over hundred training courses around the globe on all levels.
Ronald speaks Dutch, German and English, and is based in the Netherlands.
