Global Sensory Manager – Javier Gomez Lopez
Javier joined FlavorActiV in 2006 as a Global Sensory Manager and covers the Spanish and Portuguese speaking countries in Europe, Latin America and Africa. Since Joining FlavorActiV Javier has delivered over 50 courses in Acceptance Warehouse Release, Food and Beer Matching, Train the Trainer, Sensory Science and Statistics. These courses were delivered in Spain, Italy, Portugal, UK, USA, Nigeria, Brazil, Argentina, Peru and Bolivia.
Javier is an expert in advanced and bespoke training courses in addition to being FlavorActiV’s in house beer sommelier. Javier has recently played a key role in the development of FlavorActiV’s new Taster Validation software, making taster management quicker, easier and more efficient.
Javier has a PhD in Physical Chemistry gained from Queen’s University in 2003 and worked as a research fellow there from 2003 to 2006.
