Global Sensory Manager – Evelyne Canterranne
Evelyne was FlavorActiV’s first Global Sensory Manager in 2000. Evelyne looks after FlavorActiV’s English and French speaking customers throughout the world covering Africa, India, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and a number of countries in Europe.
Evelyne holds a Diplome d’Ingenieur in Food Science and Technology obtained in France. She worked in Malting & Brewing Research at BRI. As a quality specialist in Greene King Brewery developing their LIMS and sensory procedures. Evelyne is an experienced beverage sensory trainer.
Evelyne is in charge of FlavorActiV’s Taster Validation Scheme that regularly assesses your tasting panels ability, ensuring that you receive the most accurate results as possible.
Evelyne has delivered over 100 training courses for FlavorActiV globally at local site level, trade level and for craft brewers.
