Global Sensory Manager – Evelyne Canterranne
Evelyne was FlavorActiV’s first Global Sensory Manager in 2000. Evelyne looks after our English and French speaking customers throughout the world, covering Africa, India, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and a number of countries in Europe.
Evelyne also leads FlavorActiV’s water sensory division.
Evelyne holds a Diplôme d’Ingénieur in Food Science and Technology obtained in France. She worked in Malting and Brewing Research at BRI (now Campden-BRi), and as a quality specialist in Greene King Brewery developing their LIMS and sensory procedures. Evelyne is an experienced beverage sensory trainer.
Evelyne has delivered over 100 training courses for FlavorActiV globally at corporate level, local site level, trade level and for craft brewers.
Evelyne speaks French and is based in the UK.
