FlavorActiV started with beer Flavour Standards back in 1996, and we continue to provide superior support through training, validation and GMP Flavour Standards to global, independent, craft and homebrewers. Our combined knowledge and experience in the beer industry is second to none, and our team of GSMs are all active with large and small breweries around the world.

With the global rise in demand for dairy products, the need for dairy sensory management is of great importance. In order to facilitate good sensory practices in the dairy world, FlavorActiV recruited Cecilia Valdivieso López, Global Sensory Manager for Mexico and Latin America, who has a postgraduate qualification in dairy science and will be heading our dairy sensory management division.
